Pricing and Additional Information
Our rates are guide prices, based on properties left in a typical move-out condition
(light use, general wear, and routine cleaning needs).
Some situations may require extra time or cost, including:
- Heavy limescale or grease build-up
- Paint marks, nicotine staining, or renovation dust
- Carpet or upholstery stains not noted in advance
- Access or parking difficulties causing delays
If any of these are identified during the clean, we will:
- Pause work and record the issue
- Send clear photo or video evidence
- Provide an updated fixed price and revised timeframe
- Continue only once written approval is received (email or WhatsApp)
Additional charges
- Parking costs are charged at cost when applicable.
- Specialist cleaning (e.g. pest control, mould, or hazardous waste) is not included,
but we can recommend trusted partners if needed. - Urgent bookings made within 48 hours may carry a 10% short-notice surcharge,
unless otherwise agreed.
